Open Position | Volunteer Coordinator

We’re hiring a Volunteer Coordinator at Meals on Wheels Lewes-Rehoboth.

This is one of the most important roles in our organization—supporting approximately 180 volunteers who deliver meals and meaningful connections to homebound neighbors across our community.

If you’re someone who enjoys working with people, managing logistics, and making a tangible difference every single day, we’d love to connect.

This role is ideal for someone who is:
• Organized and people-centered
• Comfortable coordinating schedules and solving daily challenges
• Passionate about serving older adults and our local community

You won’t just be filling a position—you’ll be helping ensure that our neighbors are cared for with dignity, consistency, and compassion.
